Ginger Ridge Apartments offers a variety of spacious floor plans, which are furnished with stoves & refrigerators, living room ceiling fans, cable hook-ups, window coverings, and A/C.

Gas (for heat and cooking) and water are included in the rent.

We offer on-site management, 24-hour emergency maintenance, playground, and courtesy patrols. Other services available at additional costs include laundry facilities, after-school care, and gymnasium event rental, as well as a privately owned and operated on-site daycare center.

Application Requirements:

  • Must pass credit pre-screening and background screening
  • Must have verifiable employment of 1+ years
  • Must have verifiable rental history of 2+ years
  • If you do not have a verifiable rental history, you must submit 3-character reference letters – not immediate family
  • All bankruptcies must be discharged for over 1 year.
  • Domesticated pets under 40 lbs. are allowed - $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet (2 pets max per unit) – See Pet Rules for complete details on pet rules and restrictions.

The application fee is $35 per adult 18+ years of age, who will be occupying the apartment, payable by money order or with a debit or credit card if applying online!

Application fees are non-refundable, regardless of application approval or denial.
No Debit or Credit Card Chargeback disputes will be accepted unless there is proof of fraud or unauthorized use. 

Monthly rental rates for the apartments are listed in the floor plans section of our website.

We are a Mixed Income property, which means we offer Market Rate Apartment Units and Income-Restricted Affordable Housing Apartment Units. Qualification for one of our Affordable Units, is based on HUD's annually published income limits. Please contact our leasing office for full details.

Additionally, all applicants over the age of 18 must submit the following documents with their application (this information must be received within 10 days of the initial application being submitted to us:
Valid driver's license or state or federal-issued ID
Social Security Card
6 most recent pay stubs
6 months most recent bank statements
All minor occupants' copies of birth certificates, and Social Security Cards

All 18+ applicants who plan to occupy the apartment must pay the non-refundable application fee.
Additional documents may be required.
